Phil recently wrote some great articles on Japan Camera Hunter about Polaroids for beginners. They are a great starting point for anyone wanting to learn more about Polaroids and the different types of film.
Part 1 talks about Integral film and the cameras that use them, like the SX-70.
Part 2 talks about peel-apart film and the cameras that use them, like the Polaroid Land Camera.
Make sure to also check our Camera Talk series where we talk about some of our favorite film and Polaroid cameras.

Preview of Karla+Kevin’s engagement shoot in San Francisco. We love this portrait of them. They are such a cute couple and were so natural in front of the camera!

In honor of the new movie “The Great Gatsby”, we wanted to share with everyone Charlene+Rommel’s wedding we shot a few years ago in Oakland. They had a 1920’s Great Gatsby themed wedding! How awesome is that?
Check out their wedding HERE!
It was also published on Rock N Roll Bride too! Enjoy!

Miranda was one of the first wedding vendors we met when we moved here to the Bay Area. She is the amazing planner of Divine Affairs & Events. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful and we were so excited to work with her. When she contacted us for new portraits for her website and branding, we were excited to do that for her. It was a lot of fun and so easy to get some really great portraits of her. Check it out below!
We also took pictures outdoors in a more casual and natural setting.
