Camera Talk: Mamiya RB67

How to get the depth of Medium Format with instant satisfaction you ask? That’s the same question we asked ourselves and having seen countless Mamiya Polaroids on Flickr, we couldn’t resist picking up a Mamiya RB67 of our own on KEH with a Polaroid back and start shooting. It is a beast, weighing as much as a small dog, but worth toting around on our shoots simply because you can’t beat the beautiful depth and detail from a Medium Format camera. It might seem crazy, but we bought this camera just to shoot Polaroids. It also doesn’t hurt that it can focus really close for some amazing close-ups. Just don’t drop it on your foot because it will break some toes for sure.

Here are a few pictures of what the Mamiya RB67 produces.
