Portland Wedding Photography: Maja+Parker

We wanted to wish everyone a Happy Chinese New Year today! With that we thought no better way than to share a wedding on this day.

We had the privilege of shooting Maja+Parker’s wedding on Dec. 30th at the Adrianna Hill Grand Ballroom. And we must admit that it’s been the most fun wedding that we have shot. A lot of it was because Maja and Parker are just so fun and laid back during their wedding that it just made our job thatmuch easier and more enjoyable. The most important thing about what they wanted for their wedding was getting to celebrate with all their family and friends and just making sure everyone enjoyed themselves.

We were also blessed on that day too because it had been raining all week and just as they finished getting ready, the rain stopped and the sun came out for just a little bit. Just enough time to go outside to take some pictures! Maja was so brave and awesome for staying out in the cold as long as she did. You can’t tell in the pictures that it was really cold! But they were awesome and so were their friends!

Portland Wedding Photographer - Lori+Carlos’ Wedding

Lori+Carlos are the funnest couple we have had the pleasure of getting to know and photographing. Carlos is such a funny guy and Lori lights up every time he does something hilarious. It just made for plenty of candid pictures.

Not to mention Lori did an amazing job with all the details and planning. It was a beautiful, modern, roof-top wedding at the Ecotrust Building. We loved the use of terrariums, succulents, and calla lilies! We really liked all the details of the wedding. And they ended the night with sparklers and a pedicab.
